Hire a blog designer. I can not figure out for the life of me how to create a cute wordpress blog. From my research, it looks like Blogger would have been an easier blog to have started. There are easy instructions online for installing cute blogger pages, but wordpress instructions are complex and say you need a basic understanding of the things about blogs that I do not have. Argh. If anyone knows an easy way for me to install a cool design onto my blog with wordpress let me know. And what does it mean to unzip something? I am so lost. Oh and I tried to see how hard it would be to switch this blog to blogger and that looks near impossible for me to navigate.

Yesterday I got a huge packet of info our homestudy agency needs in the mail. It literally took me all day to complete. We had to go the DMV for 5 year background checks yesterday. I also got our child welfare security background check forms in the mail. (i did not name that correct but I have been up with Jack since 5:45 and still not functioning properly.) We have one life insurance policy form we can’t fill out because we misplaced our policy and two financial letters we are waiting on from our CFO. I just sent in the big packet without it because our social worker has to have most of that to schedule our second homestudy. You should have seen me at the copy place before I sent it all. I had a huge table strewn with papers. I made copies of everything in case that packet got lost in the mail. Someone help me if it does!!!!
I have to work on my 1-600A today. (thanks Heather) My bloggy friend told me I can go ahead and send that in and they can set up our big fingerprint day. Then once our homestudy is complete that paperwork will be sent in and we will get the BIG approval back saying that we can adopt from Korea! Yes, there is an official name for that but again, still fuzzy from not much sleep. I think 1-171 or something. THEN they will send everything to Korea and we will be waiting for our referral. I can’t wait until we get our paperwork over there. I will be so excited!

I bothered the agency enough that they scheduled the parenting meetings starting in 3 weeks. Yes! My email they sent me said my calls helped “get the ball rolling” – hahah. I know I pestered them to death.
I am getting all this paperwork in the mail today. Just have a few errands to run and copies to make then off it goes. Yea!
I feel like I am going out of my mind trying to get all this paperwork in. My deadline for myself was Friday. Did not happen. Daniel almost got his biography completed last night. I just have a right mind to finish it up myself for him this morning. I have to run to the Dmv today for my 5 year check. We are almost there – just have to get Daniel to do that tomorrow. And finish all the documenting for financial stuff. He says he is working on it……hmmmm……..
I have to say if our homestudy agency does not set up the parenting meetings soon I am just going to educate myself and tell them they were too slow. They promised me a call last Monday with the dates and times. I called Thursday and the director was out of the office until today. Guess who’s phone will be ringing promplty at 9am??
Do I care if I am a pain to Daniel and them? NO! Hurry people hurry. I have a baby halfway around the world waiting on me!!
God bless coffee, also this morning. Anderson kept me up half the night. We must do something about that child and his sleeping. I am terrible, terrible about sleep training. But I think I am at the point of “enough”. I know Anderson needs the rest just as much as I do. That is what I will mantra to myself tonight.

I pulled this verse from google verse of the day. I like to do that sometimes. It is actually really cool. Yesterday I decided to sponsor an orphanage in China monthly. I did it by way of http://www.lovewithoutboundaries.com/.
Go check out their website. I gave to an orphanage that desperately needed money for formula after an influx of sick babies. And please understand, I am not giving myself a pat on the back. I wanted to share about love without boundaries. It was started by a group of adoptive parents that went to China to adopt, and discovered a little boy they wanted to help. This group provides funding for surgeries for orphans and helps get orphans in China out of institutions and into foster families. I would love it if you would pass this link on to your friends and pray for these children. I know I have many bloggy friends who are adopting, and this cause will be close to your hearts, as well.
So that is my Monday, Love style. I will be very nice on the phone with our agency, I will I will.
Anderson just loves to eat. Here he is with some blueberries. It just cracks us up how he loves food. Jack was always very picky and never a big eater. Anderson is about off the charts for weight – lol.
This is how I feel about all this paperwork. But I know it all brings me closer to Leah, so I will try to look more happy!
Ok I need to get on the ball. I have loads of paperwork I need to get completed this week. Including my bibliography. And Daniel’s – that should be fun! I also need to go to the DMV, and Daniel, too to get a 5 year check. I went to the Dr. last week for our medicals, so check for that! So my goal is to get everything in for my homestudy by Friday, so we can set up our 2nd meeting.
I am supposed to hear today on when our parenting meetings start, we are to attend 4. Everyone says it is the hardest to wait after the paperwork is in. But I think I will just be so happy to have all this paperwork done, I will be relieved. 🙂
We are waiting for our little girl from Korea. My husband and I have been married for 6 years, have two wonderful little boys and are in the process of adopting our next child. God is good!
